Privacy policy

Updated October 11, 2026

The editor processes geometry on your device.

The normal import, edit and cut workflow does not upload your 3D models to our servers. This does not mean there are no network connections: pages, fonts and authentication use online services.

1. Controller and contact

Poneko 3D, operating in Uberaba/MG, Brazil, is responsible for data processing associated with Studio. Privacy questions and requests: contato@poneko3d.com.br or WhatsApp +55 34 99131-8639.

2. Data and purposes

3. Legal grounds and choices

Processing required for authenticated access and support relates to providing the service you request. Security and operation may rely on legitimate interests, respecting your rights; legal obligations use the corresponding legal basis. Where consent is required for a purpose, it must be requested specifically. You can edit without signing in; downloads remain unavailable without authentication.

4. Providers and sharing

We use Hostinger for hosting, Google/Firebase for authentication and SDK delivery, and Google Fonts for fonts. These providers may process data in other countries under their agreements and applicable protection mechanisms. See Firebase privacy and Google's Privacy Policy.

The current Studio code has no advertising or behavioral analytics integration. We do not sell models or personal data. Changes to these purposes must be disclosed in this policy and have an appropriate legal basis.

5. Storage and retention

Models being edited stay in memory while the session is open; downloaded files are under your control. Preferences remain in the browser until removed or replaced. Signing out ends the app's use of the session but does not delete the Firebase account.

Account data is retained as necessary for registration and the stated purposes until deletion or closure, subject to legal obligations and the defense of rights. Providers apply their retention policies to technical logs. Deletion requests also consider the main website's use of the same authentication project, so possible account effects can be explained.

6. Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation and access, correction, sharing information, anonymization, blocking or deletion of inappropriate data, portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent. Legal exceptions and requirements apply. You may also complain to ANPD.

Send requests to our official contact, identifying the account and your request. We may ask for proportionate identity verification to protect your data; never send your password. Delete local preferences using your browser's site data settings.

7. Security and changes

The published version uses HTTPS. No system offers absolute security; protect your account and device and report suspected incidents. We will update this page when processing changes, with a new date and additional notices where needed.
