Poneko Studio · v0.37.1
Terms of use
Updated October 11, 2026
These terms apply to Poneko Studio at studio.poneko3d.com.br, operated by Poneko 3D in Uberaba/MG, Brazil. Contact: contato@poneko3d.com.br. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose and access
Studio provides tools to prepare models for 3D printing. You can import and edit without an account. Downloading models and editable projects requires Google authentication. Access requires a compatible browser and device; performance is not guaranteed to be equal across devices.
2. Account and security
Use an account you are authorized to use. Protect your device and sign out on shared computers. Authentication uses Google/Firebase and is also subject to those providers' terms. Contact us with account questions or requests.
3. Your files and rights
You retain rights to your models and results, subject to third-party rights. Importing a file for local editing does not transfer ownership to Poneko 3D. Use models you created, licensed or have permission to modify and print. Studio grants no license to third-party characters, trademarks or designs.
4. Permitted use
Do not use the service to infringe rights, commit unlawful acts, distribute malicious code, exploit unauthorized access or disrupt availability. Security restrictions must be proportionate and respect applicable rights.
5. Editing, results and backups
Cutting, repairing, smoothing and optional polygon reduction can change geometry. Previews assist editing but do not replace inspection of the final file. Check scale, closed surfaces, thickness, strength and clearances before printing. Keep the original and save your project: closing the tab or losing the session may discard unsaved work.
6. Availability and responsibility
Studio is evolving. Errors, interruptions and incompatibilities may occur. We do not promise automatic suitability for a particular printer, material or purpose. These limitations do not exclude Poneko 3D's legal duties or non-waivable rights, including applicable consumer protection rights.
7. External services and links
Google, Firebase, Hostinger and external destinations have their own terms. Using the editor does not automatically place an order for printing or other services on the main website.
8. Updates and contact
Application changes are recorded in Updates. Material changes to these terms will carry a revised date and additional notice when necessary. Brazilian law applies, subject to statutory jurisdiction rules and user rights.
